‘God’… What an amazing, fascinating topic! Everyone has an opinion about ‘God’. And many of those opinions conflict with each other. In fact, I have had many people react by saying that the idea of both a God and I have found that when I mention our belief in both a God and Goddess to the general public, their first reaction is shock. That is because the public is so conditioned to the idea of ‘God the Father’, that the idea of a ‘God the Mother’ is at first shocking.
Goddess seems “unusual” or “unnatural”. But after I talk to them a while about the idea, many of them get over their shock and find that they like the idea. In fact, many who have at first called the idea unusual or unnatural have come, after a discussion with me, to consider the idea of both a God and Goddess to be in accordance with common sense and absolutely natural.
Why is it common sense? Well, look around you…. Everywhere we look we see the sacred dance of the masculine and feminine principles. We see boy dogs and girl dogs making puppies. We see boy cats and girl cats making kittens. We see the masculine electrical force and the feminine magnetic force dancing together to create what science calls electromagnetism. We also see the little plus signs (+) and minus signs (-) in chemistry. Certainly, each of us had a Father (+) and a Mother (-), and were conceived by the dance of sperm and egg.
Even the plants and creatures that reproduce without a partner of the opposite sex can only do so because they possess within themselves both the masculine and feminine traits. Everywhere we look, both in the macrocosmic world of big things and the microcosmic world of small things, we see the dance of the masculine and feminine principles.
The only reason most people are initially shocked at the idea of both a Masculine Deity and a Feminine Deity is conditioning. We are conditioned from youth to think of God as an old man with a long white beard. If we were not conditioned to think of God as a man, it would be perfectly natural to assume that there exists both a Divine Father and Divine Mother, because that fits the usual pattern we see in nature.
I tell people (after I have shocked them by mentioning the Goddess) that, to me, the mainstream Christian idea of God and creation seems unusual or unnatural. Consider: they believe that a male God gave birth to all of creation. Though that may not be impossible, it certainly would be unusual compared to what we see all around us in nature.
Also consider the mainstream Christian belief in an all-male “Holy Trinity” consisting of “the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost.” They consider even the “Holy Ghost” or “Holy Spirit” to be male, as in their English Bible the Holy Spirit is called “He”. I think the unusual thing would be for an all-male Holy Trinity to give birth to creation. That just is not the usual pattern we see in nature.
Contrast that ‘mainstream all-male Holy Trinity’ with the Nasarean concept of the Holy Trinity as Inclusive of both Divine Father (God/Jah) and Divine Mother (Goddess/Jahlah). Which version of the Holy Trinity is truly unusual or unnatural? It seems to me that the Nasarean belief is much more in line with common sense and natural intuition, and that the mainstream Christian concept of an all-male Trinity giving birth to all of Creation is far more unusual and unlikely.
After I explain all the above (and more) to people that were initially shocked by the Nasarean belief in a God and Goddess, many realize that, in fact, the Nasarean belief is much more in harmony with everything we see in nature.
Consider this sublime excerpt on The Holy Trinity from The Holy Megillah: Nasarean Bible of the Essene Way:
- In the beginning was the Way.
- The Way was with I AM, and was I AM.
- And the name of the Way is Yah.
- Behold: For the sake of Creation, Yah emanated a Masculine Ray and a Feminine Ray.
- And the name of the Masculine Ray is Jah.
- And the name of the Feminine Ray is Jahlah.
- And each is crowned with Yah.
- And this is the First Holy Trinity.
- And this is symbolized by the triangle with the point up.
- That point symbolizes Yah.
- The Two points that form the base of that triangle symbolize Jah and Jahlah.
- Jah is on the right and Jahlah is on the left, and both are centered and crowned in Yah.
The triangle is the perfect symbol for the Trinity. The triangle is a symbol of profound significance in Sacred Geometry.
In this article, I will now focus specifically on what Miriam (‘Mary’ Magdalene), the Feminine Christ and wife of Yahshua (‘Jesus’), taught about God, Goddess, and the Holy Trinity. Keep in mind that in our Nasarean Religion of the Essene Way, the Lord Christ Yahshua and the Lady Christ Miriam are described as having been soul mates since long before the creation of our world. The ‘Heavenly’ name of Yahshua is ‘Jahday’, and the ‘Heavenly’ name of Miriam the Magdalene is ‘Jahnah’.
In The Holy Megillah: Nasarean Bible of the Essene Way, Miriam composed and recited the following liturgy on The Holy Trinity. This liturgy is part of her (Miriam the Magdalene) Third Sermon on Essene Tantra:
11. “We praise Almighty Yah, the Top Point of the Triangle!
12. Oh Yah, you are the numberless Being, before numbers but also the center and circumference of all numbers that came to Be and will come to Be, being the One True Source, First Still Zero, Primal Yah before The First Extension as a Line of Two Points that are called ‘He’ (Jah) and ‘She’ (Jahlah).
13. Blessed, oh Yah, is Your Crown atop all Beings!14. “Oh Yah, we praise your First Two Points: Jah and Jahlah, the Divine Couple, the First Divine Masculine Person and the First Divine Feminine Person, our Most High King of Kings and our Most High Queen of Queens, the Two that are One, and the One that is Two for Creative Expansion, the Masculine Pole and the Feminine Pole, the Two Emanations from the First Point at the top of the First Triangle, the Divine Sexual Emanations that form the base of that First Triangle, that base being called in Sacred Geometry ‘The Holy Line of Two Points’.
15. Those Two Points – the Divine Masculine and the Divine Feminine – Crowned by the Top Point that is Yah, make The Three Points of The Holy Creative Triangle.16. “The Creative Triangle is creative because it is sexual.
17. The Original Creative Triangle danced The Mating Dance of Creation and thus self-replicated according to The Trinitarian Principle of Creation that, even now, continues to dance The Creative Expansion of The Universal All.
18. That Universal All is The Universal One that continues to self-replicate, always according to The Sexual Dance of Creation that is The Trinitarian Principle.
19. This is also the Dance of the Lord and Lady.
20. And it is the dance of Shemesh [Masculine Principle/Fire/Yang] and Shemayah [Feminine Principle/Air/Space], which is also Shemesh in Shemayah, the Lightning Bolt in Space, Fire in Air.21. “This is the Dance of Eternal Life as a Self-Replicating Holy Creative Trinity, Two Sexual Points Coming Together in the Union of the Center that is the Zero of Yah, the Center of the Sexual Embrace.
22. “He and She play Hide and Seek, spinning together in a spiral dance, the Sexual Dance that is Universal Tantra.23. “Blessed is the Divine Plan of Creation to share the gift of life.
24. That Creative Plan was before Tzimtzum [Day: this is what science would call ‘The First Big Bang’], before the creation of the Mother Ovum.
25. Yea, before Tzimtzum was the Creative Divine Plan.
26. That plan was sexual.
27. That plan was good.28. “Blessed are those that, having received the Great Gift, which is existence as a Spark of Being, Eternal Life, honor that gift by fanning the Flame of Life, by living the Good Life, taught within to all that will listen.”

3. That sermon is subtitled: Gamara as Yoga and The Meaning of The Holy Creative Trinity and How That Relates to Sex.
4. Miriam said to Sita and the other Sisters: “Gamara is Completeness in Yah.
5. ‘Yah Consciousness’ is the ecstatic living experience that is rooted in the awareness of what is always true but not always realized: We are always centered in Yah!6. “Sita, you know that the word ‘yoga’ means ‘union’.
7. We are always truly ‘in Union with the All’: all are within the widest circle that is Universal YHWH called ‘The All’.8. “Although all Beings are truly always in Union, behold: many Beings are not in Conscious Experiential Union.
9. Many are unaware of that Union, or, even if intellectually aware of it, not consciously experiencing it as a living reality.10. “‘Religions’ teach yoga systems, practices intended to induce the condition of Conscious Experiential Union with Supreme Beingness.
11. Sacred Sex – Nasarean Sexual Tantra (Gamara and Berekyah) – is one yogic practice that can induce Conscious Experiential Union with Supreme Beingness.12. “For Nasareans, ‘Supreme Beingness’ is Yah Consciousness expressed as the Holy Creative Trinity, within the context of the Nod of Wisdom to Supernal Love.
13. “I will describe the Holy Creative Trinity.
14. Imagine a triangle pointing up.
15. The top point is Yah.
16. The point at the right base of the triangle is the Divine Masculine.
17. The point at the left base of the triangle is the Divine Feminine.18. “The Holy Creative Trinity is within you and all around you.
19. You are created in the image and likeness of the Holy Creative Trinity.
20. Whatever the Holy Creative Trinity is, you are THAT in embryonic image and likeness, unfolding like a Celestial Golden Rose.21. “We all are children of The First Creative Trinity: Yah, Jah, and Jahlah.
22. ‘Yah’ is ‘Am’ and manifests as Ehyah, the I AM of every Being, according to the creative process described in The Divine Plan, as told in the Book of Mattanah [Day: Nasarean Book of Genesis in the Megillah].
The original state of the Godhead was UNDIFFERENTIATED BEING. By the term undifferentiated we mean that there was no ‘other’; there was no ‘me and you,’ no ‘he and she,’ no ‘we.’ There was just ONE BEING: Yah. Yah is a Hebrew word that literally means Am. Yah is pure IS, pure BEING, pure EXISTENCE.
Self-consciousness (of Yah) arose when Yah asked THE FIRST QUESTION – “Who am I?” – and realized THE FIRST ANSWER: “I Am.” In Hebrew the term “I Am” is “Eh Yah,” so at this point of the unfoldment of Deity the Undifferentiated “Yah/Am” has realized, and declared, “EhYah/I Am.” With this First Knowing came the First Feeling: BLISS, and Yah realized itself to be a Triune Oneness (Holy Trinity) consisting of three aspects: 1)Existence (Yah/Being); 2) Consciousness (Divine Mind), and 3) Bliss (Divine Heart). We read in Nasarean Genesis:
35. And Being knew: “I exist eternally; I consider the facts of my existence; I feel profound feelings.
36. I am Existence, Consciousness, and Feeling.”
37. And that which is Conscious is the Divine Mind.
38. And that which Feels is the Divine Heart.
39. And that which is the Source and Crown of each is Yah.
In the above verses, Being has realized itself as Existence, Consciousness, and Bliss. That is: Being, Thoughts, and Feelings. It is worth noting that in the Vedic tradition of India, Deity is described in Sanskrit as Sat-Chit-Ananda: Sat (Existence), Chit (Consciousness), and Ananda (Bliss/Feeling).
Fortunately for you and I, that first Triune Being wished – this is called ‘The Creative Wish’ – to give the Gift of Being to countless souls, to create ‘baby Beings’ that are each created in the Image and Likeness of The Triune Deity (Sat-Chit-Ananda). In order to do that, Yah emanated a Masculine aspect called Divine Father Jah (God) and a Feminine aspect called Divine Mother Jahlah (Goddess).
We are each created in that Image and Likeness, and so our first great spiritual attainment is when we experience Self Realization of our own basic identity as Sat-Chit-Ananda (Existence-Consciousness-Bliss). We call that The‘I-Am’ Realization and it prepares us for the next great realization: The ‘We-Are’ Realization. That is the realization that not only ‘I Am’ an Eternal Being created in the Divine Image, but so is everyone else (including non-humans) – thus, the term: ‘We-Are’.
When God (Divine Father Jah) and Goddess (Divine Mother Jahlah) planned how best to create baby souls – and how to assist them to learn the countless lessons of life – they came up with the idea of emanating their own personal representatives in the universe of space and time, a Son of Jah called The Lord Christ, and a daughter of Jahlah called The Lady Christ.
