LESSON ONE:
Our Definition of ‘Yoga’ in the Context of These Essene Yoga Fellowship Lessons
By Day of Greenleaf
In one of our most important books – Essene Teachings: The Book of Doctrines – the word ‘Yoga’ is described as follows:
Each participant in the Nasarean Religion of The Essene Way is encouraged to do more than simply become a member of our church; each member is encouraged to become a lifelong student of, and practitioner of, our ‘spiritual practice’. By the term ‘spiritual practice’, I mean ‘yoga’ or ‘true religion’. I will explain.
Yoga is a Sanskrit word that means union and implies two things: 1) The conscious union of a being with the Ultimate; and, 2) The means – practices – by which that union is realized.
Number one above is both the goal of yoga and the living experience of those that achieve that goal. Number two above is whatever we do that enables us to achieve that goal. Any system practiced by a being for the purpose of realizing conscious union with the ultimate is a yoga system.
All spiritual masters teach a system of yoga, a way of realizing conscious union with God, whether or not they use the Sanskrit term yoga. Moses taught yoga. Buddha taught yoga. Jesus (Yahshua) taught yoga. Yoga is true religion. Consider the word religion. The lig portion of the word religion stems from the Latin root ligare, which means union/connect. When a being has fallen out of conscious union with God, that being needs a re-union, a re-ligare (‘re-ligion’). The goal of true religion is conscious union with the Ultimate (yoga), and the means by which that goal is realized are the various yoga systems taught by spiritual masters.
When most American’s hear the word ‘yoga’, they immediately think of the variety called ‘Hatha Yoga’. That is the variety based on physical postures and meditative breathing. However, in India, Hatha Yoga is only one part of a larger set of yoga practices that also includes spiritual practices intended to bring the practitioner into conscious union with the ‘Ultimate’. By the word ‘Ultimate’ is meant the highest aspect of Deity, regardless of your particular favorite name of Deity. The same is true for members of our church, Nasarean Church of The Essene Way: We don’t ignore the variety called Hatha Yoga, but it is only one part of a much larger set of spiritual practices that include Fourteen Primary Yogas that, collectively, we call ESSENE YOGA. Those practices, collectively constitute our response to that second part of the above definition of yoga: they are our means – practices – for experiencing Union with YHWH, our Deity, God and Goddess including also the Lord Christ and Lady Christ, Crowned in Yah.
In future Essene Yoga Fellowship Lessons, we will study all Fourteen Primary Yogas that, along with their sub-yogas that include Hatha Yoga, constitute Essene Yoga, the Spiritual Practice of our religion and our church.
What you should understand in regard to this Lesson One is the Twofold Definition of the word Yoga given above. The word Yoga means Union with Deity; that is the goal of yoga described in number one in the above definition from our Book of Doctrines. Whatever practices you engage in so as to reach that goal, are the means by which you pursue that goal, as explained in part two of the above definition of Yoga.

LESSON TWO:
The ‘Yoke of Yahshua and Miriam
By Day of Greenleaf
In Lesson One, we defined the word ‘Yoga’. It is a Sanskrit word that means ‘Union’. Union with Deity is the goal of yoga, and the means of yoga – the practices – are the whole set of things that we do in order to achieve that goal. The Sanskrit word for our set of spiritual practices that help us experience union with Deity is Sadhana. In Essene Yoga, our set of practices is referred to as Essene Sadhana.
Although introductory Essene Yoga classes are available to polite, sincere members of the general public, one does not actually become an Essene Yogi – or a member of Essene Yoga Fellowship – without first choosing to become a devoted disciple of the Lord Christ and Lady Christ within the context of the Nasarean Religion of The Essene Way. One does that by first being exposed to their teachings – perhaps in books or classes made available by the Essene Church or Essene Yoga Fellowship – and then making the informed decision to ACCEPT THE ‘YOKE OF DISCIPLESHIP’ OF YAHSHUA AND MIRIAM, the Lord Christ and Lady Christ.
The English word Yoke stems from the Sanskrit root Yuj which is the same root that the word Yoga stems from.
The dictionary lists a number of different meanings of the word ‘yoke’; the one that applies best in our spiritual context is definition number five from The American Century Dictionary: Bond of Union. In general, a yoke is something that holds two or more things together; in the spiritual context of discipleship, that yoke is the bond of union when you ‘ACCEPT THE YOKE’ of a Guru or a set of teachings. In the specific context of Essene Yoga, it means to accept the Lord Chirst Yahshua and the Lady Christ Miriam as your Chief Gurus, your Chief Spiritual Teachers, and to pledge to devotedly follow their teachings and practices to the best of your ability.
Here are some of their own words on the topic, as presented in The Holy Megillah: Nasarean Bible of The Essene Way. In the Essene version of the ‘Sermon on the Mount’ called Sermon on the Cliffs above Ein Gedi, we read:
48. The Lord said, “Come unto Us, all who are weary of the ways of the fallen world!
49. We will teach you the ways of the heavenly realms.
50. Take Supernal Love as your Yoke, and express that in this world as disciples of the Lord Christ and Lady Christ in Our Nasarean Religion of The Essene Way.
51. That religion is Our Yoke.
52. Embrace Us – both of Us – in The Four Pillars of Discipleship.
53. Receive The Holy Megillah: Nasarean Bible of The Essene Way, for that is Our Bible by which We train Our disciples in Supernal Love.” — Godspell Chapter 74 verses 48-53
After Yahshua spoke, Miriam spoke the following words:
56. Miriam said: “You have been yoked to false masters!
57. Throw off the false yoke and experience The Yoke of The Gospel of the Lord Christ and Lady Christ.
58. We force none to take Our Yoke.
59. We force none to become Our disciples.
60. We will teach you Our Saving Way – Essene Yoga – if you truly want to be taught. (see reverse)
61. If not, leave now, with no condemnation or negative judgment from Us.
62. For, each person must answer their own inner calling.”
63. Miriam paused, and seeing nobody depart, continued to speak.
64. “Those that become Our disciples must be willing to continue learning for the duration of their life, step-by-step, initiation by initiation.
65. For, lo: the levels of initiation within Our Mystery School, yea, and within life itself, are many.
66. We are ‘Nasareans’ not because we are ‘perfect’, but because we live and teach The Way of ‘Ascension’ via The Four Pillars of Discipleship in Essene Yoga.
67. That ‘Way’ is ‘The Essene Way’, which is the Way of Holistic Wellness in Supernal Love as Hands of Merciful Kindness, The Hands of Christ.”
In their words above, both Yahshua and Miriam made reference to THE FOUR PILLARS OF DISCIPLESHIP. In Lesson Three, we will examine this ‘free-will decision’ to ACCEPT THE YOKE OF DISCIPLESHIP of the Lord and Lady in the context of THE FOUR PILLARS OF DISCIPLESHIP and what is called THE GREAT AFFILIATION.

LESSON THREE:
Vegetarianism and Essene Sadhana
By Day of Greenleaf
In Lesson One, we defined ‘Yoga’ as both a goal – the ‘goal’ being to experience ‘conscious union with Deity’ – and also as a ‘set of practices intended to help us progressively experience that goal’. In Essene Yoga, our set of practices is referred to as both ‘Essene Yoga’ and also as ‘Essene Sadhana’. Sadhana is a Sanskrit word that literally means Practice and is used in a collective sense to refer to one’s entire set of Spiritual Practices.
In Lesson Two, we learned that the term ‘Accept the Yoke of Christ’ means, in our Essene tradition, to ‘Accept Yahshua and Miriam – the Lord Christ and the Lady Christ – as our Supreme Yoga Teachers.’ We do that by choosing to BECOME THEIR DISCIPLES, their Essene Yoga students. A ‘Disciple’ is a ‘Student’ and pledges to try his or her very best to learn and follow the teachings of their Guru (Teacher), in this case ‘Gurus’ plural: the Lord Christ Yahshua and the Lady Christ Miriam.
In this Lesson Three, I introduce you to a KEY PRACTICE of Essene Yoga, a practice so important that the Lord and Lady make it a REQUIREMENT for anyone that chooses to become their disciple in Essene Yoga: VEGETARIANISM. In The Holy Megillah: Nasarean Bible of The Essene Way, Yahshua said:
169. “Vegetarianism is The Foundation – Ha Yesod – of a human life based on Compassionate Love.
170. Indian Yoga, as is Essene Yoga, is built on the strong foundation of vegetarianism.
171. In India, authentic yoga teachers will not teach more than entry-level yoga to students that are not yet vegetarians.
172. Likewise, Nasareans only initiate seekers into our yoga system if they have first become vegetarian and have fallen deeply in love with The Holy Megillah.
173. Seekers that are sincerely interested in taking initiation into Essene Yoga are asked to begin by reading the entire Megillah and, if not yet vegetarian, to become one.
174. Teachers of Essene Yoga are trained to offer introductory Megillah Bible Study Lessons and introductory Essene Yoga Classes for seekers that are not yet vegetarian or Nasarean, as well as to conduct Essene Yoga Fellowship Services for initiates only.
175. Non-vegetarians, and anyone that does not fully accept and deeply love The Holy Megillah, should not attend Essene Yoga Fellowship Devotional Services; those services are for initiated members only.
176. Those services are not for debating, arguing, or defending vegetarianism or the Megillah or our religion; rather, those services are an opportunity for Our initiated devotees to joyfully worship and fellowship together, and to receive teachings from Our ministers and priesthood.
177. Essene Yoga Fellowship is a mission of The Nasarean Religion of The Essene Way, a religion based on The Holy Megillah, and vegetarianism is a foundational teaching of our religion.
178. I say to all that become Teachers of Essene Yoga Fellowship, do not neglect to require vegetarianism of those that accept My Yoke.
I, Day of Greenleaf, the chief translator and first publisher of The Holy Megillah: Nasarean Bible of the Essene Way, have now established the modern manifestations of Essene Yoga Fellowship and of The Nasarean Religion of The Essene Way, and I fully intend to follow the instructions in both verse 174 and verse 178. Verse 174 makes clear that I – and those that I train to become teachers of Essene Yoga – am to offer introductory classes on Essene Yoga to sincerely interested members of the general public, whether or not they are yet vegetarian or Essene. Verse 178 makes clear that besides those introductory classes for the general public – which will be mostly focused on teaching the simple Hatha Yoga stretches given by Yahshua in Chapter 61 of the Megillah – I am also to offer Essene Yoga Fellowship Devotional Services for initiated members only. The tone of those services is to be devotional, and that will be the topic of Lesson Four in this series. Before ending this Lesson Three, I have more to share on the Key Teaching of VEGETARIANISM, including some words on that topic from Miriam the Magdalene. (see reverse)
I want to end by making very clear that the reason that Yahshua and Miriam make vegetarianism a requirement to become an initiated disciple of Essene Yoga is that they know that we cannot achieve the goal of yoga without first accepting that key practice. The reason is that nobody will achieve a high degree of conscious union with Deity without first achieving a high degree of LOVE CONSCIOUSNESS. Vegetarianism is a foundational LOVE PRACTICE. In verse 169 above, Yahshua said:
169. “Vegetarianism is The Foundation – Ha Yesod – of a human life based on Compassionate Love.”
Miriam also takes a strong stance on vegetarianism; we read in the Megillah:
l. Near a slaughterhouse in Bethany, Miriam and several of Her Companions conversed with a small crowd.
2. Miriam said: “The heart of the heaven-bound feels – and wishes to prevent – the pain of the animals in this slaughterhouse.
3. In India, the following adage is well known: ‘Hell swallows those that swallow meat.”‘ ….6. Miriam replied: “Look around you: bodies are swallowing bodies.
7. Heaven-bound humans swallow plants….20. “But do not be a swallower of flesh.
21. For, the Hindu Yogis are correct: Hell swallows those that swallow meat!
22. Repent and be saved!”23. A mocker laughed and said: “Your religion is not for me!
24. I will never pass up a juicy slab of goat meat!
25. The bloodier the better!
26. And God himself enjoys a good animal sacrifice!”27. Miriam replied: “Better than ten thousand animal sacrifices is to save even one animal from being sacrificed or eaten.
28. The true God weeps for the creatures you kill!
29. And many think they serve God by sacrificing animals to him, when, in truth, they serve a demonic beast that poses as ‘God’.
30. Contemplate this precept: ‘Let the mocker beware: hurt comes to the hurtful!’
31. Also contemplate this precept: ‘The hurt you cause in the morning will return to you by the evening.”‘
In conclusion to this Lesson Three of Essene Yoga Fellowship, I remind the reader that the other initial thing that those choosing to become initiated members were instructed by Yahshua to do (besides being vegetarian) was to READ THE ENTIRE HOLY MEGILLAH!
If you have not yet read The Holy Megillah in its entirety, that is your current assignment! (Along with never eating a dead animal – or a live one! 😊 – ever again! Eggs and/or dairy are permitted, but not fish or birds. It is okay to choose to be vegan (no eggs or dairy) but that is not required.) — Love in All Ways, Always in Love! – Day

LESSON FOUR:
The Four Pillars of Discipleshipand The Great Affiliation:
Joining the Essene Yoga Fellowship Devotional Satsang
By Day of Greenleaf
We have learned in previous lessons that the word ‘Yoga’ refers to both the goal of Yoga and the set of practices that we embrace in order to achieve that goal. We have learned that the goal of ‘Yoga’ is ‘Union’ (‘Interconnected Oneness’) with the ‘Ultimate’ (the ‘Ultimate’ here meaning ‘Deity’ or ‘Supreme Being’). We have learned that the ‘set of practices’ of yoga is also called ‘Sadhana’, and that in Essene Yoga we refer to the entire set of our spiritual practices as ‘Essene Sadhana’.We have also learned that the Chief ‘Gurus’ – ‘Chief Teachers’ – of Essene Yoga are the Lord Christ Yahshua and the Lady Christ Miriam, and that their students – us – are called disciples.
In this Lesson Four, we will go a bit deeper into that last topic above: the Guru-Disciple relationship. We will learn that this relationship is experienced in a devotional manner and that this experience is enhanced by participation in our (Essene Yoga Fellowship) devotional satsang opportunities. I will begin by defining the key term ‘The Four Pillars of Discipleship’.
Yahshua and Miriam, as we learned in Lesson Three, require that anyone that chooses to ‘Accept the Yoke of Discipleship’ – which is to become their initiated Essene Yoga student as well as a member of their Nasarean Religion of the Essene Way that is based on the Megillah – must first agree be adhere to a vegetarian diet and to embrace ‘The Four Pillars of Discipleship’. Those four ‘Pillars’ are:
1) Sincerity of motive (good motives for becoming and remaining Their disciple);
2) Diligence in studentship (being a careful, hard-working student; studying the materials provided in a timely manner, completing any given assignments, putting the teachings into practice);
3) Perseverance through time (it is one thing to be initially diligent for a few months or so; it is quite another thing to maintain that diligence for many consecutive years; that is what perseverance means: it means being a sincere, diligent disciple/student) for the long haul, hopefully for life);
4) Loyalty absolute, even in hardship (a trusted, loyal disciple of the Lord Christ and Lady Christ will stand by them even in times of persecution; for example, when Yahshua was arrested and slandered as a ‘cult leader’, his true disciples remained loyal in spite of the personal danger.
Yahshua and Miriam make clear that the ‘Four Pillars of Discipleship’ hold up a ‘roof’ that has a key word written on it: FRIENDSHIP. Their teaching is that those disciples that embrace and maintain the ‘Four Pillars’ will not only remain their students/disciples but will also become their TRUSTED FRIENDS. Only those in that category will experience the next level in this relationship: Being ‘Twinned’, which means becoming a ‘Christed Being’, a ‘baby Christ’ in service to the Supreme Christs (the Lord Christ Yahshua and the Lady Christ Miriam). The Lord and Lady are looking for disciples that will eventually, by adhering to The Four Pillars of Discipleship, deserve to be initiated into the entry level of The Christ Family, and from there to continue to rise through the ranks of their Universal Mystery School.
Yahshua and Miriam also make clear that besides having a personal relationship with them, they want us – their disciples – to make the Great Affiliation and participate in the group Satsang experience. We make the ‘Great Affiliation’ by officially joining their church – the Nasarean Church of the Essene Way – and studying and practicing their religion – the Nasarean Religion of the Essene Way – as part of a Group Satsang. A ‘Group Satsang’ is a ‘group of devoted fellow members’ of the same spiritual path. If you happen to live near a congregation or study-group that is affiliated with the Nasarean Religion of the Essene Way, or if you are fortunate enough to live near a location where Essene Yoga Fellowship meetings are offered, you are encouraged to attend and participate in the ‘Group Satsang’ of our religion. But even if you do not live near any groups or other members of our religion, you still can participate in the ‘Group Satsang’ by subscribing to our ‘Essene Path’ quarterly journal that includes articles and letters by various members of our ‘Group Satsang’ and, as is currently the case at the time of this writing, can view our live Essene Church Services on Zoom, or view them afterward in the form of video files.
It is important to note that Yahshua and Miriam make clear that the ‘tone’ (the overall ‘vibe’) of a Nasarean ‘Group Satsang’ should be ‘Devotional’ in the manner of Bhakti Yoga (Devotional Love Yoga). They make clear that a Devotional Group Satsang gathering is not for the general public; there are other events and introductory Essene Yoga classes for the general public and for any persons that are not yet initiated Essenes that have whole-heartedly accepted The Holy Megillah as their chosen Bible (after having read it in its entirety). ‘Bhakti Yoga’ (Devotional Love) Group Satsang meetings are for the purpose of giving those of us that ABSOLUTELY LOVE the Megillah and the Lord Christ and Lady Christ the blissful opportunity to get together with each other and sing, chant, study, meditate, worship, and joyfully celebrate our love for our religion, our Bible, and our Deities. In the Megillah, Yahshua said:
It is appropriate that brand new members of the general public who have never even read the Megillah should be provided some sort of introductory classes that teach them what our religion believes and practices, what sort of yoga we teach and practice, and what scriptures we love and follow and are based on. I have been doing that for over forty years! BUT IT IS ALSO APPROPRIATE THAT DEVOTED MEMBERS OF OUR CHURCH GET THE OPPORTUNITY TO EXPERIENCE DEVOTIONAL WORSHIP SERVICES THAT ARE LIMITED TO PERSONS THAT ALREADY LOVE OUR RELIGION, ALREADY LOVE OUR BIBLE, ALREADY LOVE OUR DEITIES, AND WANT TO EXPRESS THAT LOVE IN A DEVOTIONAL ‘GROUP SATSANG’ BHAKTI-STYLE MEETING. These devotional ‘Group Satsang’ meetings include practices such as our Hatha Yoga routine taught by Yahshua, Megillah study, and sermons, but are characterized by a ‘devotional’, celebratory, joyful, worshipful, Bhakti-vibe tone that is much harder to conjure in the general public services. BOTH TYPES OF MEETINGS ARE IMPORTANT, AND VERSE 174 ABOVE MAKES THAT VERY CLEAR.
Because the General Public church services are much more common – that is mostly what I have done for forty-plus years – I have decided to devote most of my remaining years to establishing Essene Yoga Fellowship Group Satsang gatherings. I am now in my mid-sixties and feel that I deserve that sort of fun! 😊 – Day

LESSON FIVE:
The Inner Baptism of Devotional Discipleship
Expressed by Devotional Chanting of the Names of the Nasarean Deities
Featuring ‘Mantras of the Names of the Lord and Lady’
By Day of Greenleaf
I ended Lesson Four by stating the following: “I have decided to devote most of my remaining years to establishing Essene Yoga Fellowship Group Satsang gatherings. I am now in my mid-sixties and feel that I deserve that sort of fun!” 😊 In that lesson I explained the differences between a general public Essene Church Service and an Essene Yoga Fellowship Group Satsang Gathering for devoted disciples. I acknowledged that most of my long career has been focused on putting on the General-Public-Welcome ‘Outer Circle’ (‘exoteric’) Essene Church Services that include introductory Essene Yoga Fellowship lessons, but that now, having reached my mid-sixties, I feel called to enjoy focusing on establishing a network of ‘Inner Circle’ (‘esoteric’) Essene Yoga Fellowship Group Satsang gatherings.
Keep in mind the fact that had I not spent the past forty-plus years taking the Essene teachings to the general public, there would not now be a sizable group of devoted ‘Inner Circle’ disciples of the Lord and Lady with which to hold devotional Group Satsang gatherings. The Essene Mountain of Peace Mystery School will continue to outreach to the public and newcomers, as will many of those ‘veteran Essenes’ that I have trained to do exactly that; so, I am not abandoning that form of ministry, and will still oversee it. But I personally will be focusing my own gatherings, sermons, events, and the like on the sort of ‘Inner Circle’ Essene Yoga Fellowship Devotional Gatherings described in Lesson Four. And that is what these Essene Yoga Lessons are about. They are about cultivating a devotional, Essene Bhakti relationship with the Essene Deities, in group settings when possible, but in our own homes at our Home Altar in private devotions on a daily basis. If you want to do THAT, these lessons are for YOU!
This sort of devotional practice is centered on the Guru-Disciple relationship between us and the Lord Christ and the Lady Christ, and, of course, Jah and Jahlah, all crowned in Yah. We do this practice every day at our Home Altar (our place where we practice yoga, meditation, devotional singing, and the like at home, usually a place decorated with spiritual artwork), and together at the Monthly Essene Church Zoom Service and whatever in-person gatherings with fellow disciples that we are able to attend according to our circumstances.
When I say that this devotional practice is ‘centered’ on the Guru-Disciple relationship, that word relationship depends not so much on receiving an initiatory baptism at an Essene Gathering – though, if your circumstances permit, that is important and wonderful to experience – but depends much more on an ‘INNER BAPTISM” that can be done at home or, if you like, out in nature. You simply tell the Lord Christ and the Lady Christ that you want to totally devote yourself to being Their loving disciple; invite Them to reside in your heart and mind and to direct your life, Here and Now, and from now on. Until the day that you make it to an Essene Church gathering and receive an initiatory baptism from an Essene Priest or Priestess (or both together), the ‘Inner Baptism’ will suffice!
The best practice that I know for conjuring and expanding the Guru-Disciple relationship’s heartfelt devotional attitude is to chant and sing devotional songs based on the names of the Lord and Lady. In can be as simple as simply repeating their names over and over like a mantra, or it can be more intricate as in singing a beautiful melody that features not only their names but also other words that express our love and devotion. In the paragraphs that follow, I will teach you three devotional mantras based on the names of the Lord Christ and Lady Christ. My book titled, Sadhana: Essene Spiritual Practices has an entire 74-page chapter (Chapter Five) on Essene Meditation Practices including some that are based on chanting the names of the Nasarean Deities. Three of my favorites are as follows. Your assignment is to actually try them! 😊
Yahshua-Yahowshua Mantra Song
In one of the video songs linked to Key Teaching Eighteen on our webpage at essene.org, Priest Josef, along with Bard Blair and Priestess Phoebe, perform this Essene Mantra Song. As Priest Josef explains at the beginning of the video version of this song, this is the mantra that the Angel Gabriel told Father Joseph and Mother Mary that future Nasareans would sing these two versions of the name of their son as a sacred mantra.
Yah-Jah, Jahlah, Jahday, Jahnah Devotional Chant
This one is available on two of our Essene Music Albums up on our Essene Church webpage at essene.org. It appears on our Essene Reggae Album and on our album titled Essene Songs by Essene Friends. This mantra incorporates all four ‘Nasarean Deities’: Divine Father Jah, Divine Mother Jahlah, Lord Christ Jahday (who came to Earth as Yahshua), and Lady Christ Jahnah (who came to Earth as Miriam). On the albums this is sang as a beautiful melody, but even simply reciting or chanting the names is a powerful mantra.
Yahshua-Miriam Mantra Song
Yahshuah ha Mashiah! Yahshuah ha Mashiah!
Miriam ha Shekinah! Miriam ha Shekinah!
In the above mantra, ‘ha’ is the equivalent of ‘the’ and is pronounced ‘hah’. The word ‘Mashiah’ is here pronounced ‘Mah-she-ah’ and is the Hebrew word for ‘Christ’. The word Shekinah is here pronounced ‘Sheh-kee-nah’ and means ‘Feminine Presence’ in the sense of ‘Divine Feminine Presence.’
In the musical CD up on essene.org called ‘Essene Songs by Essene Friends’, the above ‘Yahshua-Miriam Mantra Song’ is rendered into a pleasing melody by my musical friends David and Omni of the band Sunheart; the song features sitar and cello.
On our webpage, on some of the videos linked to Key Teaching Eighteen, you will see a number of our Devotional ‘Kirtan/Bhajan’ style songs performed by Essene artists or sang by us in Song Circles. I encourage you to view all those videos as doing so will give you a taste of what I mean by the term ‘Bhakti-style devotional songs’. These songs are as much linked to Joy Yoga as Bhakti Yoga. I would say it this way: “Our Bhakti Yoga is expressed through our Joy Yoga.”
And it just so happens that Essene Joy Yoga – and how it relates to Bhakti in the context of the ongoing spiritual evolution of souls in Sat-Chit-Ananda, (Existence/Sat, Consciousness/Chit, Ananda/Bliss) – is the topic of Key Teaching Nineteen on our webpage at essene.org.
